I'm Capricia Karolak, a senior fashion stylist and product developer based between France and Switzerland, with over eight years of experience in premium and high-end fashion.
I work at the intersection of creative direction and product development. My background allows me to translate a strong creative vision into refined, market-ready collections, while maintaining a deep understanding of materials, craftsmanship, and production processes.
Throughout my career, I have collaborated with international brands and creative projects, developing collections from concept to final production. My work is shaped by a strong sensitivity to materials, craftsmanship, and thoughtful product design, supported by a network of ateliers and manufacturers specialised in premium textiles and natural fibres.
My approach is both creative and strategic: I focus on building coherent product stories, designing meaningful objects that combine aesthetic value, quality, and functionality. I aim to create collections that feel timeless, emotional, and aligned with the brand's identity.

Rooted in Craft
Great-granddaughter and granddaughter of seamstresses, I grew up in an environment where textile craft was a way of life. This heritage shaped my deep respect for materials, techniques, and the human hands behind every piece. Combined with training at Le Wagon in UX and product design, I bring a unique perspective that bridges traditional European savoir-faire with modern, data-informed product development.
